The NCAAB Power Play is on Rutgers. Game 735 at 7:00 eastern. Rutgers is now out of the top 25 on the heels of a 4 game losing streak. However they have beaten better road teams this year then Penn St has beaten at home and are clearly a better team than the Lions. Penn St has not played much due to postponments and have struggled shooting. In fact they have failed to cover 6 of 7 at home, 7 of 9 off a loss and 9 of 13 vs a winning team. Look for Rutgers to get back on track.

The Trojans are a much better team than Oregon St. Tonight we note that they are on a6 game win streak and are 17-1 ats when they win as a road favorite and have covered 10 of 12 of a spread loss as well as 8 of 9 on the road vs a winning home team. Oregon St is off a big home dog win over Arizona St. However they are 0-6 ats vs a winning team and have failed to  cover 7 of 8 on Tuesdays and have failed to cover 14 of 18 at home vs a team with a winning road record. Oregon St is 1-8 ats when they lose as a home dog. With USC 4-0 ats on the road off 3+ home games. We will look their way tonight. Lay it with the Trojans.

The NCAAB Power system play is on Wyoming. Game 877 at 9:00 eastern. The Cowboys were cruising at 7-1 and have since lost 4 straight the last of which was the first end of a back to back road schedule vs Air Force on Saturday. The NCAAB Blowout is on western Kentucky. Game 307614 at 8:00 eastern. The Hilltoppers are 3-2 but the losses were on the road vs Louisville and West Virginia. They have a solid win here over Memphis and catch Gardner Webb playing their first game. GardnerWebb lost their leading scorer from last year Big South Player of the Year Jose Perez who transfer to Marquette in the offseason. His departure leaves preseason All Conference guard Jaheam Cornwall to take over in the backcourt, as they bring back 3 starters from last year. However, the Runnin Bulldogs could struggle particularly on the road in non conference games vs top level teams. The roster is comprised of freshmen and transfers. With Gardner Webb breaking in a bunch of new players, the last thing they need is a non conference road game vs a team who is in game shape with 5 games already played. Look for the Hilltoppers to open it up as the Webb players wear down.
