02-20-22 | IUPU Ft Wayne -4 v. Wisc-Milwaukee | Top | 81-71 | Win | 100 | 14 h 44 m | Show |
Horizon League action here today has IPFW taking on Wisconsin Milwaukee. Fort Wayne is 4th in the the conference with a 12-6 record and 17-10 mark overall. Meanwhile, Milwaukee is 9th with a 7-12 record and 9-19 overall record. The Fort Wayne Mastadons bring a six game win streak into today's contest after beating Wisconsin Green Bay last time, 74-55, as a 5-point road favorite. they have also covered five of their last six games. While the offense is only 8th in the conference, the defense ranks number one. They have the top defense in limiting offensive rebounds at 27.1% and tops in takeaways at 22.5%. Milwaukee Panthers are coming off a loss to Cleveland State, 61-78, as a 6-point dog. That makes them 2-7 S/U and ATS in their last nine games. The offense ranks 10th in the conference and the defense ranks 8th. Fort Wayne laying four looks like a bargain price to me. Play IPFW. |

02-19-22 | Akron -4.5 v. Eastern Michigan | Top | 67-48 | Win | 100 | 5 h 37 m | Show |
MAC action here today has 5th place Akron (9-6) taking on 11th place Eastern Michigan (4-11). The Akron Zips are 15-9 overall and look to break a 3-game losing streak here today. They are coming off a loss against Northern Illinois, 63-66, as a 12-point home favorite. Akron ranks better than their record in both offense (4th) and defense (5th). This is a decent offensive team, 2nd in the MAC in 2-point FG% at 52.6%. They will take on a poor Eastern Michigan team that is 9-17 overall and coming off a loss to Buffalo, 69-83, as a 10.5-point dog. The Eagles are 1-6 S/U and 2-5 ATS their last seven games. Eastern has the conferences worst defense in efficiency and worst in offensive rebounds and worst in 3-point FG% at just 31.3%. The defense is a big better, but still in the latter half of the conference in most areas. I'll take Akron here today and lay the points. |

02-18-22 | Northern Kentucky +1.5 v. Detroit | Top | 52-60 | Loss | -110 | 7 h 50 m | Show |
Northern Kentucky Norse look to build on their three-game in streak here tonight at Detroit Mercy. Norse are also 9-1 S/U and ATS in their last 10 games. The only blemish is against this Detroit team which won back on Feb 5, 7464 at Northern Kentucky. Detroit just 10-13 S/U and riding a two-game losing streak coming into tonight. The Titans are 2-3 S/U and ATS in their last five games. Norse looking for some payback tonight against the only team that has beaten them in the last 10 games. Play Northern Kentucky. |
|||||||
02-17-22 | Creighton +2.5 v. DePaul | Top | 71-59 | Win | 100 | 11 h 23 m | Show |
Big East action today has 4th place Creighton taking on 10th place Depaul. Creighton is 8-5 in the Big East and 16-8 overall while Depaul is 3-11 in Big East and 12-12 overall. Creighton looks to build on their three-game win streak. Two of those wins coming back-to-back vs Georgetown. Creighton has a very good defense, ranked 1st in efficiency in the Big East. However, they also rank 10th in offense. But defensively they rank 1st in 3-point field goals (29.8%) and 1st in 2-point field goals (429.9%). Depaul hopes to stay above .500 tonight after losing two straight games. They are coming off a loss to Butler, 71-73 as a 5-point favorite. The Blue Demons have just three wins in their last 14 games. DePaul ranks 8th in offense and 10th in defense in the Big East. I like this Creighton defense to shutdown a poor Depaul offense here tonight. Play Creighton. |
|||||||
02-16-22 | Miami-FL -1.5 v. Louisville | Top | 70-63 | Win | 100 | 7 h 1 m | Show |
ACC action here tonight has the Miami Hurricanes taking on Louisville. The Hurricanes are 18-7 S/U and having a very nice season. They currently sit in 4th in the ACC with a 10-4 conference mark. The Canes are coming off a pair of wins, including a nice upset win at Wake Forest, 76-72, as a 6.5-point dog. The Canes have now won and covered four of their last six games. Miami is one of the better offensive teams in the country, ranked in the top 21. They are 2nd in the ACC where they rank third in three point percentage, 38.1% and 2nd in 2-point percentage, 54.7%. This has been a very uncharacteristic season for the Louisville Cardinals. They are just 11-13 S/U and 7-16-1 ATS. They have lost six straight games and nine of their last 10 games. They are also not covering spreads with a 2-11-1 ATS mark their last 14 games. They rank 11th in offense and 13th in defense in the ACC and there isn't much to be happy about either. I like Miami here as they are the much better team and looking for that NCAA bid this year. Play Miami. |
|||||||
02-15-22 | Villanova v. Providence +4.5 | Top | 89-84 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 19 m | Show |
The Villanova Wildcats are 19-6 as they travel to Providence tonight to take on the Friars. The Wildcats have won three games in row and covered two of those. They are coming off a win over Seton Hall, 73-67, as a 9-point favorite. The Cats have the top offense in the conference and 2nd rated defense in efficiency. They are in the top three or four in most offensive and defensive categories. Providence is 21-2 overall on the season and has won eight straight games. The Friars have the four ranked offense and third ranked defense in the conference. Like Villanova, they rank top four in most categories. Providence is 14-0 S/U and 7-7 ATS at home. That makes this line a bit surprising that Villanova is laying 4 1/2 points here on the road. I'll take Providence with their perfect home record getting points. Play Providence. |
|||||||
02-14-22 | Southern Utah +1.5 v. Northern Colorado | Top | 95-100 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 51 m | Show |
Southern Utah Thunderbirds bounced back after their loss last Monday to Montana with a win on Saturday at Sacramento State, 83-57, as a 7.5-point favorite. That makes the Birds 5-1 S/U and 3-1-1 ATS in their last five games. Southern Utah will have revenge on their minds here tonight, having lost at home to Northern Colorado back on Jan 1st, 81-91. This is a good So Utah team, ranking 2nd in the conference in offense and 4th in defense. Hard to find any stat that this team hasn't done well at on either side of the ball. Northern Colorado Bears are 13-11 after having won three straight games to get above the .500 mark. The Bears are coming off a win at Sacramento State, 61-79, as a 6-point favorite. No Colorado has the conference's top ranked offense but only the 7th ranked defense. They allow a 10th ranked 3-point percentage on defense at 38.9%. With revenge and an overall better team, I'll take the visitors here tonight. Play Southern Utah. |
|||||||
02-12-22 | Fordham +3 v. Duquesne | Top | 65-54 | Win | 100 | 5 h 9 m | Show |
Road Warrior Game of the Week: The Fordham Rams don't have a lot to be happy about this year with a 9-12 record. They are coming off a pair of losses, including last game at St Bonaventure, 51-76 as a 12.5-point dog. The Rams have covered two of their last three games and four of their last six games.This is a decent defensive team, ranking 79 overall in the nation and 5th in conference. The Duquesne Dukes are just 6-15 overall on the season and 7-14 ATS. Duquesne has lost eight straight games and covered just one of those. The Dukes are near the bottom of the conference in both offense and defense. They have a league worst 45% field goal percentage. They allow the most 3-point field goals in the conference also, 41.8%. Two teams that are not good, but Fordham has a decent defense and that will be the difference here today. Play Fordham. |
|||||||
02-11-22 | St Bonaventure v. St. Louis -5 | Top | 68-61 | Loss | -110 | 8 h 1 m | Show |
St Bonaventure Bonnies are 13-7 S/U and 6-13-1 ATS on the season. They snapped a 2-game losing streak last time out with a win over Fordham, 76-51, as a 12.5-point favorite. Still, that makes them just 1-4 ATS in their last five games. The Bonnies have a decent offense, ranked 5th in the conference though the defense comes in 7th overall. The St Louis Billikens are 17-6 S/U and have won six straight games and covered five of those. They are also 11-3 S/U and 9-4 ATS overall at home this season. The Billikens have the 2nd ranked offense in the conference and the 3rd ranked defense. They are 2nd in the conference in Free Throw percentage (78.6) and 1st in offensive rebounds. The defense has the top 2-point defensive unit, holding opponents to just 42.1% on the season. This Billikens team is very well balanced and I'll lay the price tonight with them. |
|||||||
02-09-22 | Tulane +10.5 v. Memphis | Top | 69-80 | Loss | -110 | 7 h 19 m | Show |
American Athletic Association action tonight has Tulane taking on Memphis. Tulane is 3rd in the conference with a 7-4 record and 10-10 overall mark. Memphis comes in 5th with a 6-5 conference mark and overall record of 12-8. The Tulane Green Wave are coming off a win over East Carolina 86-66 as a 8-point favorite. That makes them 7-4 S/U in their last 11 games. They have covered five straight and nine of their last 11 games. Tulane has the top offense in the AAC, top ranked 3-point shooting team (37.7%) and 2nd ranked free throw shooting team (77.6%). This team also takes care of the ball as they lead the conference in fewest turnovers and are 2nd in take aways. The Memphis Tigers look to extend their win streak to four games here tonight. They have also covered their last two games, but are only 2-5-1 ATS in their last eight games. Memphis laying 10-points here tonight seems way too much to such a good offensive team as Tulane. I don't see how the Tigers can cover such a big number. Play Tulane. |
|||||||
02-07-22 | NC-Wilmington +7 v. Hofstra | Top | 71-73 | Win | 100 | 6 h 16 m | Show |
Colonial Athletic Association matchup here today has UNC Wilmington taking on Hofstra. Wilmington holds the top stop in the conference with a 10-1 record and 16-6 overall mark. Hoftra comes in at 4th with a 6-4 record and 14-9 overall mark. Wilmington Seahawks rebounded from their loss on Thursday with a win at William & Mary, 92-70 as a 5.5-point road favorite. That makes 13 wins in their last 14 games. They are also an excellent covering team with a 12-1 ATS mark their last 13 games. Wilmington has the best offense in the conference and also is 2nd in free throws and 3rd in 3-point percentage. The Hofstra Pride are 14-9 S/U and 12-9 ATS. The snapped a two-game losing streak with a win last games vs James Madison, 85-78, but failed to cover the 7.5-point line. That makes three straight without covering. The Pride have the conferences 6th ranked offense and 4th ranked defense. They are first in 2-point field goal percentage (58.2%) and 1st in free throw percentage. I see this game as a very close one, yet the Pride are laying 7-points. Too many in my opinion. Play NC Wilmington. |
|||||||
02-06-22 | Manhattan +2.5 v. Canisius | Top | 70-77 | Loss | -110 | 2 h 18 m | Show |
Metro Atlantic game here on Sunday has Manhattan taking on Canisius. The Manhattan Jaspers are 11-8 S/U and 8-8-2 ATS on the season. They are coming off a loss at Niagara, 74-80, as a 4.5-point dog. The good news for Manhattan is that they have already beaten this Canisius team once, 80-75. They also face the worst offensive team in the conference in Canisius. Canisius is also the worst free throw shooting team in the Metro Atlantic. There's actually not much to find plus marks with Canisius on either offense or defense as their defense ranks 9th in conference play. Manhattan does have some positives in conference play as they rank 6th in offense, third in 2-point field goal percentage and 4th in free throw percentage. Canisius Griffins just 7-16 on the season and have lost four straight games. Not sure how they are a 2-point favorite here today. I like Manhattan to win this game outright. Play Manhattan. |
|||||||
02-05-22 | Youngstown State +1.5 v. Illinois-Chicago | Top | 66-64 | Win | 100 | 12 h 23 m | Show |
Horizon league action here on Saturday has Youngstown State taking on Illinois Chicago. The Youngstown State Penguins are 6th in the conference right now with a 7-6 conference record and 13-10 overall mark. The Penguins look to win their fourth straight game here today after beating IUPUI last Thursday, 61-55. Though they failed to cover the 12.05 point road line they are still 4-2 ATS their last six games. Illinois Chicago Flames not having a good year as they sit 8th in the conference with a 4-7 record and 8-12 overall mark. They are coming off a home win over Robert Morris, 80-75, but failed to cover the 5.5 point line. That win snapped a four-game losing streak for the Flames and they are just 1-4 ATS their last five games. They haven't been all that good at home either, going 3-5 S/u and 2-5 ATS. Not sure why Illinois Chicago is laying 1.5-points here today. I think the oddsmaker has the wrong favorite and I'll take those points. Play Youngstown State. |
|||||||
02-03-22 | NC-Wilmington -1 v. Elon | Top | 65-78 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 49 m | Show |
UNC Wilmington Seahawks have improved to 15-5 overall on the season thanks to their current 12-game winning streak. But what is most impressive is that they have covered the spread in ALL 12 of those games too. That includes their last game at home over Drexel, 70-63 as a 2-point favorite. The Hawks are now 6-3 S/U and 5-3-1 ATS overall on the road this season. The Elon Phoenix have struggled to their 6-16 S/U record. They are coming off a loss at William & Mary, 61-65, as a 3-point road favorite. That makes them 2-6 S/U and 3-5 ATS in their last 12 games. While Elong is 6-3 S/U at home this year, they are just 3-4 ATS. You know Wilmington's streak will end, but I'm playing until it does. Play UNC Wilmington. |
|||||||
02-01-22 | Davidson +3.5 v. St Bonaventure | Top | 81-76 | Win | 100 | 19 h 55 m | Show |
The Davidson Wildcats rebounded from a rare loss last Wednesday to VCU, 68-70, with a win over Lasalle on Saturday, 77-69 as a 15-point favorite. The Cats are now 16-1 S/U their last 17 games. They had been doing very well vs the number, going 8-0 during one stretch before going 3-5 ATS their last eight games. They have also been very good on the road with a 6-1 S/U and ATS mark in their seven true away games. If you toss in neutral site games they are 9-2 S/U and ATS in 11 games away from home. St Bonaventure Bonnies are 12-5 S/U and 5-11-1 ATS on the season. The Bonnies are coming off a win over St Joe's, 80-69, as a 11.5-point home favorite. They have not covered well, going 2-10 ATS their last 12 games. Yet, here are the Bonnies laying 3.5-points in the early numbers to Davidson. I believe the oddsmaker have the wrong favorite here. Play Davidson. |
|||||||
01-29-22 | Middle Tennessee +6 v. Western Kentucky | Top | 93-85 | Win | 100 | 3 h 24 m | Show |
Despite just a 4-2 conference record and 13-6 overall record, the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders are in first place in Group A of the Conference USA Standings. The Raiders have won four straight games after their win at Marshall on Thursday, 81-79 as a 2.5-point dog. They are also 4-1-1 ATS their last six games and 11-2-1 ATS their last 14 games. They will take on a Western Kentucky team that is only 2-5 in conference play and 10-10 overall on the season. Western sits 6th in Group A standings. The Hilltoppers look to snap a four-game losing streak here today. They are also 0-3-1 ATS in those games. Still, difficult for me to see why Western is a 6-point favorite today when they could easily lose this game outright. But, that's ok, I'll take the points with the better team. Play Mid Tenn State. |
|||||||
01-28-22 | IUPU Ft Wayne +3 v. Northern Kentucky | Top | 49-59 | Loss | -110 | 17 h 39 m | Show |
IPFW Mastodons are 11-8 S/U on the season and looking to build on their three-game win streak. The Mastodons are coming off a win over Youngstown State, 82-71 as a 4-point favorite. They have also covered eight of their last nine games. This will be their second meeting with Northern Kentucky, having beaten them at home back on December 4th, 71-57 as a 2-point dog. The Northern Kentucky Norse are just 8-9 but are on a three-game win streak. They are coming off a win over Wright State, 73-63 as a 2-point dog. The Norse have covered just two of their seven home games this season. Getting a couple of points here on Friday with IPFW looks good to me as I expect a straight-up win. |
|||||||
01-27-22 | Purdue -2 v. Iowa | Top | 83-73 | Win | 100 | 8 h 22 m | Show |
Big 10 action has Purdue taking on Iowa tonight. The Purdue Boilermakers are 16-3 on the season and 10-9 vs the spread. Purdue has won four of their last five games including last time out over Northwestern, 80-60 as a 12-point home favorite. The Iowa Hawkeyes are 14-5 S/U on the season and 12-7 vs the spread. They are coming off a win at home over Penn State, 68-51 as a 10.5-point favorite. This will be the second meeting between these teams with Purdue taking the Dec 3rd meeting at home, 77-70 but failing to cover the 13-point line. Much more manageable line here tonight with Purdue laying 2-points. I'll take the visitors in this game. |
|||||||
01-26-22 | Providence +8 v. Xavier | Top | 65-62 | Win | 100 | 4 h 21 m | Show |
The Providence Friars are 16-2 on the seaon and get a big test tonight as they play at Xavier. The Friars have won three straight after dropping their second game of the season on Jan 4th at Marquette, 55-88 as a pick'em. the Friars are 11-7 ATS on the season. They are 3-1 S/U and ATS in their four road games. Xavier Musketeers are 14-4 S/U and 10-8 ATS on the season. The have lost two of their last four games and failed to cover all four. They are also on a 1 -6 ATS run. Both teams are very good, but Providence is the better club. Play Providence. |
|||||||
01-25-22 | Colorado v. Oregon -8 | Top | 82-78 | Loss | -108 | 8 h 1 m | Show |
The Colorado Buffaloes are 12-6 S/U and 5-12-1 ATS on the season. The Buffs are just 1-2 S/U and 2-1 ATS on the road. They have lost two straight games after their loss at home to UCLA on Saturday, 65-71 as a 4-point dog. That makes them just 3-6-1 ATS in their last 10 games. The Buffs are now just 16-35 in their last 51 games as dog and 22-52-1 their last 75 games on the road. Oregon looks to extend their six-game wining streak here tonight at home. The Ducks are 12-6 S/U overall and 7-11 ATS. They have covered three straight and four of their last five games. The favorite has dominated this series, going 13-3 ATS the last 16 meetings. The home team has also done well with a 15-2 ATS mark the last 17 meetings. Oregon is both the favorite and home team. Looks pretty strong on their side. Play Oregon. |
|||||||
01-24-22 | Towson +1.5 v. Delaware | Top | 69-62 | Win | 100 | 6 h 38 m | Show |
Colonial Athletic Association action here tonight has Towson taking on Delaware. The Towson State Tigers are 14-6 S/U overall on the season and had their five game win streak snapped in the last game by UNC Wilmington, 77-81 as a 9.5-point favorite. They have also been very good to bettors, going 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games. The Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens are 14-6 S/U on the season and have won three straight games since their loss to Hofstra. They are coming off a win over Elon, 80-77 as a 9-point favorite. They haven't done well vs the number though, going 4-8 ATS their last 12 games. Two very evenly matched teams here tonight. I'll take the points though with the visitors. Play Towson. |
|||||||
01-22-22 | Florida State v. Miami-FL -2 | Top | 61-60 | Loss | -110 | 3 h 4 m | Show |

The Noles have won five straight games, including one road game with a 3-2 ATS record. Miami Florida proving they are one of the best teams in the country this year with a 14-4 S/U record and 9-9 ATS mark. The Canes have won 10 of their last 11 games with their only loss coming at the hands of this Florida State team on Jan 11th, 64-65 though they covered the 6.5-point dog line. I look for some payback here today as the Canes roll right over the Seminoles. |

The Greyhounds have won five straight games including last time out at Lehigh, 69-57. I like the home team in this game. Play Loyola. |
|||||||
01-13-22 | Wright State -5.5 v. Robert Morris | Top | 75-73 | Loss | -110 | 7 h 50 m | Show |
The Wright State Raiders look to stay above the .500 mark tonight as they travel to Robert Morris. The Raiders are 8-7 S/U and 4-10 ATS on the season. After a horrible start that saw the team start the season 1-5 S/U and 0-5 ATS they have improved, winning five in a row and seven of their last nine games. They will face a horrible Robert Morris Colonials team here today that has just two wins against 13 losses on the season. They are 1-5 S/U and 1-4 ATS at home this season. Doesn't look too good tonight for the Colonials. Take Wright State. |
|||||||
01-12-22 | Villanova v. Xavier -1 | Top | 64-60 | Loss | -110 | 5 h 1 m | Show |

They have been perfect at home with a 9-0 record while covering seven of those nine. Xavier laying just one or 1 1/2 at home where they have yet to lose a game. I'll take that with little more than a win needed today. Play Xavier. |
|||||||
01-11-22 | Toledo +1.5 v. Miami-OH | Top | 75-72 | Win | 100 | 5 h 47 m | Show |
SEC Action on the hard court tonight has Alabama hosting Auburn. The Auburn Tigers are having a fine season with a 14-1 S?U and 11-4 ATS record. The Tigers lone loss this year coming back on Nov 24 to Connecticut, 109-115. They are coming off a win over Florida, 85-73 as a 7.5-point favorite. The Crimson Tide are coming off a loss at Missouri, 86-92 as a 14-point favorite. The Tide are a perfect 7-0 at home this season and outscoring their visitors by a 82.4 to 69.7 average score. Alabama leads little more than a win to cover this spread tonight. I'll take the Tide on their home court. Play Alabama. |
|||||||
01-07-22 | Xavier -6 v. Butler | Top | 87-72 | Win | 100 | 4 h 5 m | Show |
The Xavier Musketeers are 11-2 S/U and 9-4 ATS on the season. The Musketeers hit the road for just their third true road game of the season. Play Xavier. |
|||||||
01-05-22 | North Carolina -1.5 v. Notre Dame | Top | 73-78 | Loss | -110 | 6 h 46 m | Show |
The North Carolina Tar Heels look to build on their 10-3 record as they head to South Bend to take on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The Tar Heels are just 5-8 vs the number this year. They are also 3-0 on the road and 2-1 ATS in their three true away games. The have won two straight games and seven of their last eight games including last time out at Boston College, 91-65. Notre Dame has struggled to a 7-5 mark this year, though they have won three straight games. However, two of those were against Texas A&M CC and Western Michigan. The Irish are just 2-9 ATS on the season and while they are 5-0 at home, they are just 2-3 vs the number. A lot of those home games coming against the likes of Cal Northridge, High Point, Chaminade and Texas A&M CC. North Carolina definitely the class of this matchup. I'll take North Carolina. |
|||||||
12-11-21 | Kentucky -4.5 v. Notre Dame | Top | 62-66 | Loss | -110 | 5 h 16 m | Show |
The Kentucky Wildcats are 7-1 S/U and 3-5 ATS to start their season. The Cats are outscoring opponents by a 82.6 to 60.9 margin overall. On the road the Cats are playing their first true road game of the season. They are coming off a win over Southern U, 76-64, but failing to cover the 30.5-point line. Their only loss came way back on opening day to Duke, 71-79. Notre Dame looks to climb back to the .500 mark today as they sit at 3-4 S/U and 0-6 ATS. The Irish are coming off a loss at Boston College, 57-73 as 4.5-point favorites. Don't see the Irish getting their first cover here today either as Kentucky should roll in this game. Play Kentucky. |

12-08-21 | Fresno State +7.5 v. San Francisco | Top | 63-71 | Loss | -105 | 12 h 2 m | Show |
Fresno State off to a great start at 9-1 S/U on the season. The Bulldogs are also 5-2 ATS in their seven board games. Fresno has won and covered two straight games including their last over Cal Northridge, 61-43. That's two straight games they have held their opponent to just 43 games. Overall on the season they hold opponents to 55.7 ppg. Their one loss of the season came at California, 57-65 as a 2-point dog. The San Francisco Dons look to keep their perfect record in tact tonight as they sit 9-0 S/U. They Dons not so good vs the number at 3-5-1 ATS. They are coming off a win over UNLV, 83-62 as a 10-point favorite. With the Dons averaging 78.3 ppg and the Dogs holding opponent scoring in check, this should be a great battle. For me, a 9-1 team getting 8 or 8 1/2 points is just too many. Play Fresno State. |

11-23-21 | Wisconsin v. Houston -7.5 | Top | 65-63 | Loss | -105 | 4 h 13 m | Show |
MAUI Invitational Second round action has the Wisconsin Badgers taking on the Houston Cougars. The Badgers beat the Texas A&M Aggies in the first round yesterday, 69-58 and covering the 3-point line. Wisconsin is now 3-1 S/U and 2-2 ATS on the season. The Badgers shooting has not been good, hitting over 40% from the field in just one of four games. The defense is good as it is always, holding opponents to just 53.3 ppg on the season. Houston had little trouble with Butler in the opening round, 70-52, covering the 10-point spread. The Cougars are 4-0 S/U and 3-1 ATS on the season. In fact, they have won their last games by 18 (Butler), 20 (Virginia) and 27 (Rice). All impressive wins. They are holding their opponents to just 55 ppg and scoring 74.8 ppg. Always tough in these tournaments playing back to back games as they are today. Houston is just too good on offense and almost equal on defense. I'll lay the points in what I believe won't be a close game. Play Houston. |

11-16-21 | St. Louis v. Memphis -10.5 | Top | 74-90 | Win | 100 | 7 h 31 m | Show |
The St Louis Billikens are 3-0 to start their season and 2-0 ATS. They haven't really played anyone of significance yet with wins over Central Arkansas, Harris Stowe and their last game over Eastern Illinois, 86-44 as a 21-point favorite. The will face the 11th ranked Memphis Tigers tonight who are 2-0 S/U and 1-1 ATS on the season. The Tigers opened with a win over Tennessee Tech and then last time out beat NC Central, 90-51 as a 28.5-point favorite. St Louis Freshman Gibson Jimerson has been a early bright star, averaging 18.7 ppg through the first 3 contests. Memphis has aspirations of a long trip through the NCAA's this year. This Tigers teams is expected to be one of the best defensive teams in the nation this year. This Memphis team looks to be a early favorite in the country to win and win big. Yes, St Louis is undefeated, however they haven't faced a dynamic team like Memphis yet. This is just too much quality for the Billikens. Play Memphis. |

04-03-21 | UCLA +14.5 v. Gonzaga | Top | 90-93 | Win | 100 | 48 h 19 m | Show |
Lets face it, this NCAA Tournament is Gonzaga's to lose. They are by far the best team in this tournament, winning every game by double digits and making them look easy. Now come UCLA, who has been lucky to win some OT and close games going back to the PAC-12 and NCAA tourneys. My feeling here is that Gonzaga will destroy this UCLA club as they have everyone else. No reason to look at numbers or anything else, just taking Gonzaga. |

03-29-21 | Oregon State +8 v. Houston | Top | 61-67 | Win | 100 | 9 h 31 m | Show |
Midwest Regional Final has Oregon State taking on Houston. Oregon State the surprise team left in the tournament as they got red-hot right at Conference tourney time. Oregon State has won six straight games and covered all six. They held Loyola Chicago to just 58 and Tennessee to 56 in their three NCAA tourney games. Houston has also slowed the pace of late, going under in their last two NCAA tourney games, holding Syracuse to just 46 points on Saturday and Rutgers to 60 in their game before. One thing has been evident in this NCAA tournament, 3-point shot making percentage has dropped significantly. Normally around the 30% mark or more, we've been seeing 20% of shots dropping from 3-point. Oregon State hit 21.7% against Loyola Chicago and then 27.7% against Oklahoma State and 19.2% vs Tennessee. Houston, which has seen numbers in the 40% ranges, hit just 21.7% against Syracuse, resulting int their 62-46 win. Seems like teams are getting better at defending the 3-point shot and that has resulted in lower scoring games. With a lower score expected here, the points become critical. I'll take the dog points with the PAC 12 teams doing so well. Play Oregon St. |

03-28-21 | Creighton v. Gonzaga -13 | Top | 65-83 | Win | 100 | 36 h 15 m | Show |
Creighton bounced back from their Big East conference blowout loss to Georgetown with a pair of wins here in the NCAA. They just go bye Cal Santa Barbara, 63-62 and then easily beat Ohio U, 72-58. Now they have the arduous task of facing No 1 see Gonzaga. Gonzaga is 29-0 on the season and has rolled through the first two rounds of the NCAA with wins over Norfolk, 98-55 and then Oklahoma, 87-71, covering both. Gonzaga laying around 13 looks like a gift to me. I'll take them here today. Play Gonzaga. |
